The TJA1101 automotive-to-industrial Ethernet pass-through solution is an adapter board between automotive Ethernet and industrial Ethernet. It uses the TJA1101 automotive Ethernet PHY, compliant with the IEEE 100BASE-T1 standard, connected back-to-back with an industrial Ethernet PHY for transparent data transfer, converting between 100BASE-T1 and 100BASE-TX. This allows a PC to connect directly to an automotive Ethernet network, making it well suited to the development of in-vehicle infotainment systems, communication applications and similar use cases.
