The SJA1105 multi-port Ethernet switch solution is an automotive Ethernet switch built around the SJA1105 automotive Ethernet gateway chip. It supports both store-and-forward and cut-through modes for sending and receiving data, so Ethernet traffic is transmitted more securely and reliably. It also includes a conventional Ethernet chip, enabling data to be exchanged between standard Ethernet and automotive Ethernet.

The SJA1105 multi-port Ethernet switch solution is an automotive Ethernet switch built around the SJA1105 automotive Ethernet gateway chip. Solution Overview

Based on the SJA1105 gateway chip, the design implements multi-port automotive Ethernet pass-through as well as pass-through between automotive Ethernet and industrial Ethernet. It supports a serial connection to a PC for communication and can store data in EEPROM.
