Solution Overview
The main controller is the LPC54113 (M4 core); its high clock speed and processing performance easily drive a 2.4-inch capacitive TFT touch panel. The display offers rich color, powerful features and a fast refresh rate, greatly improving both visual quality and the feel of the user interface. The power stage uses a half-bridge driver IC together with MOSFETs to form a full-bridge buck-boost circuit that delivers up to 100W of power control to the atomizer coil. Voltage and current feedback is sampled to correct the output power in real time, keeping the device in constant-power or constant-temperature operation; at the same time a thermistor monitors board temperature to prevent overheating. The solution is programmed on the AMetal platform for rapid application development.
