Solution Overview
The device uses BSM technology to automatically address multiple nodes on the LIN bus. For node connection, auto-addressed LIN nodes can be mixed with standard LIN nodes, so nodes that do not support BSM auto-addressing can also be integrated into the system. This makes node address assignment far more flexible.
