AMC-48x50-S32K is our three-phase BLDC motor control solution. It uses the S32K144 with an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core as the main controller and serves as a rapid prototyping and demonstration platform for three-phase BLDC motors in 24V/48V systems, such as automotive cooling water pumps, cooling fans, HVAC blowers and e-bike drive motors.

Our three-phase BLDC motor control solution uses an automotive-grade chip as the main controller and serves as a rapid prototyping and demonstration platform for three-phase BLDC motors in 24V/48V systems, such as automotive cooling water pumps, cooling fans, HVAC blowers and e-bike drive motors.

Solution Overview

The motor control hardware consists of power conversion, a pre-driver, a MOS bridge and operational amplifiers. Motor operation can be controlled in three ways: PWM signal, CAN signal and LIN signal.
